Made from 100% Tobalá agave grown in Puebla, Mexico, you’ll find pronounced aromas of ripe fruit, bell pepper, honey, wet stone, and smoldering campfire on the nose. The palate is lively with rounded notes of cooked agave, caramelized pineapple, and fresh herbs that give way to a subtle smoky-smooth finish and a full mouth-feel—roasted for 5-8 days in underground pits before a ten-day to two-week fermentation. Double distilled.
